CRA Dossier

Terms of use and sale

Version 1, 24 October 2026. These terms govern the use of this website, the free scope check, the sample dossiers and the purchase of the CRA Dossier software (the "Tool"). The seller is the individual named on your Paddle receipt (the "Seller"); Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for payments.

1. What the service is

The Tool drafts technical documentation from a software repository with references to Regulation (EU) 2024/2847. The scope check applies the regulation text to answers you give. Neither is legal advice, a conformity assessment, a certification or a statement that any product conforms to any law. The manufacturer alone draws up and signs an EU declaration of conformity and carries the obligations of the regulation.

2. Licence

A purchase grants the licence described in the LICENSE.md file delivered with the Tool: per product for the single-product tiers, for the covered products during a keep-current subscription, and for up to fifteen client products per agency plan year. Redistribution of the Tool is not permitted.

3. Reviewed gap list

The $299 tier includes a written review of the gap list the Tool generated for one product, delivered by email within five business days of receiving the generated folder. The review comments on the generated documents; it is not legal advice and does not assess conformity.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Keep-current and agency plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or by writing to support@cradossier.dev; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the refund policy.

5. No warranty

The website, the scope check, the samples and the Tool are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The regulation, its implementing acts and the Commission's guidance change; the Tool and this site may lag them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability arising from this site or the Tool is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, regulatory fines or penalties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the repositories you run the Tool on, for the accuracy of the answers you provide, for reviewing every generated document before use, and for every obligation that applies to you under Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 or other law.

8. Changes to the service and to these terms

The Seller may change, suspend or discontinue the site, the scope check, the samples or the Tool, and may update these terms. The terms in force at the time of a purchase apply to that purchase; continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the updated terms for the site.

9. Governing law

The laws of Lebanon govern these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
