Refund policy

Version 1, 24 October 2026.

• Dossier ($149) and Dossier with reviewed gap list ($299): if the generator does not run on your repository and written support cannot get it running within 14 days of purchase, the purchase is refunded in full. Once the reviewed gap list has been delivered, the $150 review part is not refundable; the $149 part follows the same 14-day rule.
• Keep-current ($29 per product per month): cancel at any time; the current month is not refunded, no further charges follow.
• Agency ($499 per year): refundable in full within 14 days of the first purchase if the Tool has not been used on a client product; renewals are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date if the Tool has not been used since the renewal.
• Refund requests go to support@cradossier.dev with the Paddle receipt. Paddle processes the refund to the original payment method.
• Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
